60-Day Results Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love your results with Firmly™—and we stand behind it. If you don’t see visible improvements in firmness or tone within 60 days, you’re eligible for a 100% money-back refund.
To qualify, you must:
- Use the device once per day for 60 consecutive days.
- Provide photo or video evidence of daily use (e.g. a log, time-stamped pictures).
- Submit before-and-after images clearly showing no results.
This policy exists because consistency is crucial—Firmly™ works when used as directed.
100-Day Return Policy (Unused Items)
If you change your mind or ordered by mistake, we accept returns of unused products for up to 100 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unopened, in original condition and packaging, with tags (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, email us at support@shopcapriccio.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Need something else? The quickest way is to return your item (if eligible) and make a new purchase after approval.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@shopcapriccio.com.
We require video or photo evidence to process claims.
Make sure to double-check the product specs and measurements before purchasing.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for:
- Used personal care items (including Firmly™ if used but not eligible under the 60-day guarantee)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Perishables, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
- Custom/personalized products
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in original condition with original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or 60-day refund request. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
